Option 3

Option 3 is for those having the most difficulty with all of the diet plans, supplements, and promises given by the weight loss industry.

  • The process of changing your diet to a healthy, appropriate diet feels like an impossible task.

  • Looking at your present diet and figuring out how to get from there to the diet that you should be using seems daunting.

  • The real process is actually quite simple and liberating once you discover the reality of what you need to do to be healthy and control your weight.

One on one guidance

  • Coaching will dispel all of the lies and fallacies causing your weight loss failures.

  • Educates you on needed health and nutrition information.

  • Guidance in all aspects of setting up and executing Your health and weight loss plan.

  • There are several stages that your plan needs to evolve through before you finally have a plan that works for you and you have the confidence to be able to continue it without any further guidance.
  • SS-Health is there for you.

Meet with Dr. Meline on a weekly basis

  • One on one zoom meeting.

  • Making sure that you understand necessary health and nutrition information.

  • Supplement this information with a video series.

  • Guide you in developing and executing YOUR personal health and weight loss plan.

  • The goal is for you to be able to continue to develop and conduct your own health and weight plan independent of SS-Health.

It is very important that those whom you share a common diet with understand what you are doing.

  • SS-Heath wants you to invite them to participate with you in developing and executing your health and weight loss plan.

  • You will find that executing your plan will be much easier if all of those who share common food with you understand what you are trying to do.

  • It is even better if they are trying to do the same thing, i.e. develop a health and weight plan of their own.

  • Their participation is included in the price for Option 3.

Use Option 3 as needed

  • You may only need a few sessions to get you started.

  • Switch over to option 2 or even option 1 as needed.

  • These may be sufficient to keep you going, but if not, you can revert back to or stay with option 3 as needed.

 

If this is the best plan for you

  • Pay a fee for each session.

    • Sessions are usually a weekly zoom meeting.​

    • Meetings are augmented with a video series.

  • First session fees includes your choice of "Lies Exposed!" or "Stop the BS" paperback.

  • Switch to Option 2 or even Option 1 as you gain confidence.

  • Stay on Option 3 as long as you need that level of assistance.
