Option 2

Option 2 is for those who need help setting up and executing their health and weight loss plan.

  • Those confused or frustrated by diet plans, supplements and other weight loss programs.

  • You are not likely to be successful in achieving your health and weight goals using someone else's diet plan that worked for them.

  • That is why there are over 150 weight loss plans. Everyone who comes up with a plan that works for them thinks that it will work for everyone. However, time has proven that this is not true.

  • You need to have a plan, your plan, that works for you.

Weekly Zoom Meetings

  • Conducted by Dr. Meline who will answer questions and guide you in the process of developing and executing your health and weight loss program.

  • Teach you the facts about health, nutrition and weight loss.

  • Meet other people in the program.

  • Ask questions about your special needs.

  • Get the personalized information that you need while developing and executing your own personal health and weight loss plan.

  • This is a plan that will be developed for you by you with the assistance of SS-Health.

Educational Videos

  • It's recommended that you purchase Option 1.

  • These videos will broaden the information discussed during the zoom meetings.

  • Teach you about health, nutrition and weight loss before it is discussed during the zoom meetings, thus enhancing your understanding of these subjects.

  • Guide you through the process of establishing your personal health and weight loss plan with further help provided during the zoom meetings.

  • Broaden the information contained in the book Lies Exposed providing you with information too detailed to be included in the book.

For questions unanswered by the videos or zoom meetings

  • Contact  Dr. Meline by email or chat.

  • An answer will either be provided directly to you, or be presented at your next zoom meeting.

Option 3

  • For those who may need even more assistance in developing their personal plan.

  • Provides one-on-one guidance. See the Option 3 plan detailed discussion.

  • Switch back and forth between options as necessary to meet your needs.

It is very important that those whom you share a common diet with understand what you are doing.

  • SS-Heath wants you to invite them to participate with you in developing and executing your health and weight loss plan.

  • You will find that executing your plan will be much easier if all of those who share common food with you understand what you are trying to do.

  • It is even better if they are trying to do the same thing, i.e. develop a health and weight plan of their own.

  • Their participation is included in the price for Option 2.

If this is the best plan for you

  • Pay a fee for each session.

    • Sessions are usually a weekly zoom meeting.​

    • Meetings are more productive if you also have Option 1.

  • First session fees includes your choice of "Lies Exposed!" or "Stop the BS" paperback.

  • Ask additional questions through email or chat to receive clarification of issues.

  • If you need more assistance, you can use option 3 as needed.
